Robinson State Park serves as a main day use area for the Springfield region. It was donated in 1934 and some of the facilities include over 800 acres spread with 5 miles of frontage space on the Westfield river. There is also a paved road for travelers like cars, bicycles, wheelchair users. Apart from this, one can enjoy playing at the picnic area field and opt for canoeing and kayaking at the launch area.
