This public library has an annual membership fee of 15 dollars for a family and 7.5 dollars for an individual. Members are entitled to a yearly subscription of the newsletter and 10%25 off on the sale of books. One can apply online as well. The library was established in 1772 and aims to provide service to all age groups for formal and informal learning in a cost effective way.
