The Garden of Peace stands as a memorial to victims of homicide.

Franklin Park

The Franklin Park Zoo is one of the oldest zoo facilities in the US. It contains over 220 animals species classified into ten major exhibit areas.

Olmsted Park is a park designed in a linear style which contains athletic fields and 3 ponds to the south and a river-way to the north.
