Chicopee has loads of neighborhoods. They are represented by Willimansett, Cabotville, i.e. Chicopee Center, Fairview, Chicopee Falls, and Aldenville. The nick-name ‘Crossroads of New England’ has been given to this city; the reason being ‘business-development campaign’. This name goes on to reflect convenient location of the city amongst numerous metropolitan regions and transportation network on its part.
Chicopee lies at a distance of 29 miles from Hatford, and at a distance of 140 miles, 90 miles, and 92 miles from New York City, Albany, and Boston respectively. 3 highways run via its boundaries: I-391, I-291, and I-90. Regional linkage is provided by Route 141, 116, and 33. The climate of this place is quite cool. So, summer would prove to be the best period to visit.
