Copicut Woods encompasses an area of 13,600 cares and includes state owned forest, wild life sanctuary and beautiful landscape. This Bio reserve has various trees that include pine oaks to white cedar with more than 100 species of birds. There are also walking trails with vernal pools. One of the main attraction of this forest is the 150 year old cart path that is lines up stone walls with an under pass that helps the livestock to move within the fields.
