Battleship Cove
Battleship Cove can be described as one of the non-profit museums which would remind one of Second World War battleship USS Massachusetts. The dedicated group of veterans donated such a decommissioned vessel (from Navy) for public display. It was joined by USS Lionfish, i.e. a submarine belonging to World War II era in the year 1972 (for public display).
Timings
Battleship Cove remains open between 0900 and 1630 hrs (daily in winter). In summers, timings are flexible. It is closed on 1st of January, 25th of December, and Thanksgiving Day.
Fall River Heritage State Park
The gorgeousness of Battleship Cove can be watched from this place. It is a nice place to relax a bit; after the week’s hectic schedule. During the summer season, this meadow is full of summer concerts, festivals like Fall river Celebrates America; and outdoor movies. As such, families come over here during the weekends.
