One can opt for the highways in Plymouth. Plymouth has the eastern terminus of US Route 44 and this route has been recently changed with a new divided highway section which is linked to Route 3. Routes numbers like Route 25 goes through the remote section of the town and to the north of Buzzards Bay. However, one should keep in mind that this route does not have an exit. Apart from highways, there is rail termini like the Plymouth MBTA station and the ferry to Provincetown which is an adventurous way of traveling throughout some interesting places in Plymouth.
