The town of Randolph is situated in the Norfolk region and is found in the Massachusetts state of the United States. It is a part of the Greater Boston area and is well equipped with railways and airways facility. Randolph was formerly known as the hometown for the footwear industry. Many large shoe making companies have boosted and flourished here. This area also specializes in the production of world class leather. The area of Randolph is about 27.2 square kilometers. The distribution is 26.1 sq. km and 1.1 sq. km. of land and water respectively. Cultivation and tanning industries are the occupation of the masses residing here. This city is situated 15 miles south of Central Boston. As per the census recorded in year 2000, the population residing in this city is around 30,963 people. The population density is therefore high in this town.
