The Royal Oak’s Farmer’s Market was opened as a truck market, on October 14 1925. The Market is located in the Civic Center at the corner of 11 Mile Road and Troy Street, across from the Library and adjacent to the 44the District Court.
The farmers’ market provides fresh fruits and vegetables to the customers. It opens on every Sunday with 100 vendors selling on a rotating basis.
