Situated in Detroit, the Detroit Opera house is a venue for all of the Michigan Opera Theater production and such events. Opened in 1922, it was exclusively designed by C. Howard Crane. There are historic tours to this amazing place, where one can get to meet the people behind the scenes, tour the stage and see how it operates. It got renovated in 1996 and is configured with 2,700 seating. It annually hosted five opera productions, dance productions, musical and comedy events.
