Troy City Museum can be described as the one housed in ‘Greek Revival Style Home’ which had been constructed in the year 1832. It was in to use till the year 1966. This museum is being furnished for having depicted life in this city in mid 1800s. People visiting Troy City Museum go on to obtain a hands-on learning experience via physical structures and artifacts which are on the display.
Clawson Historical Museum
Clawson Historical Museum houses various online exhibitions. They include ‘Forever a Bride’. This exhibition throws some light on wedding Gowns that had been put up by ‘Clawson Women’ between 1893 and 1974.
Upcoming events include a special exhibit. It would be displaying cameras that existed between 1900 and 1960s. Community room of the museum houses these cameras.
Timings
Clawson Historical Museum remains open on Sundays and Wednesdays between 1300 and 1600 hrs.
