The Windego Park Open Air Auditorium has full schedule of community events, fund raising opportunities and also musical shows. This Auditorium is also known as the Anoka Amphitheater and was built in 1914. This theater was one of the last projects with public involvement campaigns known as Cities Beautiful. These projects created a pride in well kept communities. The man behind the conception of this amphitheater was Thaddeus P Giddings.
