This museum contains exhibits of Native Americans. It has got a video, research center and a small gift shop. The society has a 1850s log cabin and a 1860s church. Alexander Faribault was the founder of Faribault and his residence the home of Alexander Faribault is situated near this museum. Visitors can see a 12 minutes slide show which provides background information about the region. The museum is open from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
