Royal family has spent 2 weekends at St. Paul Winter Carnival off late. The temperature as low as less than zero degree Celsius was also braved by them in order to attend Grande Day Parade of King Boreas. This had happened on 24th of January. As such, ‘heat wave’ was also savored at ‘Vulcan’s Victory Torchlight Parade’ on 30th of January.
