Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport is the largest and busiest airport. It is the twelfth busiest airport in the United States in 2006, and twenty-sixth busiest airport in the world in 2007 in terms of passengers. It is a joint civil-military airport and is also home to the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Joint Air Reserve Station, supporting both Air Force Reserve Command and Air National Guard flight operations. More than 80%25 of the airport’s passenger traffic is accounted by Northwest Airlines.
