The Split Rock Lighthouse is a part of the Split Rock Lighthouse State Park. The monument construction got completed in 1910 by the US Lighthouse Service after many shipwrecks from a gale wind in 1905. At present, the lighthouse has tours where the visitors can see this fog signal building and also the renovated keeper’s house. There is a visitor’s center nearby which offers details on the lighthouse and also purchase souvenirs. The tours are held each year from May 15 and October 15.
