Natchez abounds in some of the most beautiful antebellum homes. There are many tours available wherein one can travel around the city and see its past history. The city is more open to special events and there are some wonderful structures of historic buildings to see in the city. The downtown area is by far the most happening place where one can find stores, shops, churches, hotels and restaurants. There is also bed and breakfast facility in the city for outsiders. Moreover, there are over 40 bed and breakfasts in the city.
There are also sports event which are interesting to see like fishing and hunting. Some of the interesting and attractive places to see are the Grand Village of the Natchez Indians, the Longwood, the Little Theatre, the Natchez Film Commission and the Pilgrimage tours.
One can also visit the Natchez Museum of African American culture. Then there is the House of Ellicott’s Hill, the Melrose and the Stanton Hall that are must see places in the city.
