Mississippi Museum of Art houses a splendid collection of ‘American Art’, inclusive of paintings by Arthur Davies, Albert Bierstadt, Reginald Marsh, James McNeill Whistler, and Thomas Sully. Amongst prints, photographs, unique works, etc. one would find images by Alexander Calder, Romare Bearden, Mary Cassatt, and many such artists.
