Faust County Park

Faust County Park got created in the year 1968; thanks to generosity of Mary and Leicester Plant Faust to have donated their property. It’s a home to St. Louis Carousel and Faust Historical Village.

Thornhill Archaeological Site

This site had been occupied by none other than Native Americans before; i.e. at the time of 8000 BC. The archaeological department has found many remains pertaining to Native American civilization. As such, this site is of historic importance.

Butterfly House

Butterfly House can be described as a home to around 100 species of butterflies which roam about freely; that too, within 3-storeyed glass conservatory.

Timings

Butterfly House remains open on every single day between 0900 and 1700 hrs from 25th of May to 3rd of September. From 4th of September to 24th of May, it remains closed on Mondays; and closes down an hour early; i.e. at 1600 hrs.
It also remains closed on national holidays.
