A cool place to hang out-a lake
Lake Ozark, as the name suggests, is known for the lake which it goes on to surround. Here, one would find a reputable resort region which goes on to offer boating, swimming, and fishing.
Ozark Caverns
Ozark Caverns lies in outlying part of ‘Lake Ozarks State Park’. It’s a fairly huge cave which offers tours going in to detail regarding caves as well as cave life. There has been water recreation made available at ‘public swimming beaches’, which present shady picnic regions nearby.

Ozark caverns remains open every day from sunrise to sunset.
Van Meter State Park
It had once been homeland of Missouri Indians. In the early seventeenth century, they went on to inhabit the area. Pre-historic Indians also resided in this region in around 10000 BC. Burial mounds of there are still found in this park. One would also find an ‘old fort’, a 6-acre, Missouri Indian earthwork over here.
