The Malden Historical Museum is located in Steele. This museum is about 33.54 miles from the center of Steele city. The Malden Historical museum was founded in 1955 by Mary Kochtitzky. The museum had begun as a one room in Malden Library, but now it has a variety of collection. The Malden Historical museum collections date back to the 1940s and 1950s era. It has “Easter Bonnets”, “History of Malden Schools”, “Barn Again” and “archival Room”. The Archival Room has a store of histories, oral tapes, maps and pictures. This museum is a favorite among visitors and especially the school children.
