The Reel foot Lake State Park is located in the Steel city. This park is 28.68 miles from the center of Steele. The Reel foot lake state park has the largest natural lake in Tennessee and it is also the greatest hunting and fishing preserves in the nation. It has 15,000 acres of water. This park shelters many kinds of birds like the wading bird, golden eagle and American bald eagles, flowering and non-flowering plants and so on. It is good place for family picnic. This park also has water tables, picnic tables and grills for the visitors.
