Lake Tahoe Food and Wine Festival, the Annual Native American Basket weaver’s Market, Animal Arts and Wine Festival, the New Moon Star Party (an astronomical event) in September; El Dorado Great Italian Festival (a Classic in Lake Tahoe) in October, the Italian Festival in April, the lake Tahoe Music Festival in August are some of the festivals that the traveler can enjoy in the area.
