Sex wasn't just invented. It's an undeniable force in nature and the oldest part of our natural history. And, like anything, it has evolved over the ages. The Erotic Heritage Museum chronicles that evolution.
While it's no surprise that such a museum would find a home in Las Vegas, America's favorite den of iniquity, it is a bit of a head-scratcher that the museum was founded in 2008 by the Rev. Ted McIlvenna in colloboration with strip-club owner Harry Mohney.
Indulge your curiosity in the mock-up of a red-light district or see how pin-ups saved the free world by keeping soldiers sane during World War II. Or just abandon pretense and scope out the porn star hall of fame. t's an interesting peek into our own psyches. After all, without sex, none of us would be here.
