Reviews Craig Ranch Regional Park
Craig Ranch Regional Park
Rescued from development by the city of North Las Vegas, Craig Ranch Regional Park is being built as a soft green haven in a world of high-rises and rough terrain. Ground was broken on the 150-acre park in 2009, and the park is expected to open in 2012.
Phase two of the project is scheduled to be completed summer 2011.
This phase is giving the area two baseball fields, a skatepark and courts for tennis, volleyball and basketball. In accordance with the new, family-friendly spirit of Las Vegas, there is already a dog park and playground. And shade. Plenty of shade.
Also planned for Craig Ranch are an outdoor amphitheater and a water park. If you can't wait, the nearby golf course is open and has great rates.
