Sierra Safari Zoo is Nevada’s largest zoo and it is made comfortable to the zoo mates and to its visitors. The zoo was opened on August 1990 and started by 3 men, Dale McDaniel, Jimmie Martin and Dave Dawson.
The zoo contains 40 species of animals, baboons, birds of wide range of families; Siberian tigers are the main attraction of the zoo. The zoo is constantly growing and expanding to provide the best home for its residents with kindness and affectionate care from its wonderful volunteers.
