Lincoln is a town located in Grafton County, New Hampshire, United States.  This place was named after Henry Clinton who was Earl of Lincoln.

The total population according to the 2000 US Census showed the town population as 1,217 people. In 2009 the population reached 1,331. This means that since 2000 the population growth has been of 3.62 percent.
