The Sunset Hill Golf Course is located on the top of Sugar Hill. This course was built in 1897 opened to the public and it got listed in the State Historic National Register .It is an oldest 9-hole course clubhouse in New Hampshire. The first four holes contain 360 degree view of the White Mountains to the east and the Green Mountains to the west. The other five holes cover the hills and dales of Sugar Hill, views of the individual peaks of the White Mountains and magnificent sunsets which give the hill, the road, the inn and the course their names.
