Ducktown is an Italian district of Atlantic City in New Jersey. It stretches from Missouri to Texas Avenue. As per the local legend, the area was named for the many duck farms which are found along the bay before the turn of the century. Downtown is home to a large Italian American community. There are Italian flags which can be seen adorning the buildings. There are churches, good food restaurants and excellent hotels in this neighborhood.
