East Rutherford is a city that can be found in the county of Bergen, in the state of New Jersey in the United States. This city is an inner suburb of New York City. It is located at a short distance from the city of Midtown Manhattan. The name of this city was derived from a spring in its vicinity. This is a city fully involved in sports and is the only city which houses five professional sport teams simultaneously. The city is measured to be 10.7 sq. kilometres vast with land covering most of it. The city is situated at the centre of the Passaic River and the Hackensack River.
