Hoboken Historical Museum was founded in 1986. The mission of the museum is to educate the public on the history of Hoboken city, its culture and even its historic landmarks. This museum was shifted to one of the oldest buildings on the waterfront formerly the Bethlehem Steel shipyard. The museum offers special tours, exhibits, lectures and such educational programs.
