Millville is a city located in Cumberland County, New Jersey of United States. The geographical co-ordinates of the city are 39° 23’ 24” north and 75° 03’ 16” on the west. The city was incorporated on 24th February 1801 as a township by an act of New Jersey Legislature. Millville consists of total 115.3 sq km out of which 109.7 sq km is made of land and 5.7 sq km of water. The city is elevated at 46 ft. As per the census of 2006 the city has a population of 28,194 and a population density of 244.8 per sq km. The average precipitation of the city reaches 4.5 inches in the month of March. The city remains cool all year starting with the lowest temperature of 20°F, and the highest temperature can be felt in July reaching almost 89°F. The city remains cool all over the year with snowfall in January which reaches 6 inches. The city is filled with many interesting places like parks, rivers, streams, creeks, museums and wildlife areas. The main attraction of Millville is “New Jersey Motorsports Park”.
