Stone Harbor is a borough which is situated in Cape May County in New Jersey. Stone Harbor is a part of the Ocean City Metropolitan Statistical Area. Stone Harbor was incorporated as a borough in 1914.

According to the United States 2000 census, the borough had a population of 1,128 people.  By 2009, the borough population estimates to 1,021 people.

As per the United States Census Bureau, this borough has a total area of 2.0 square miles, out of which, 1.4 square miles is covered with land and the remaining 0.6 square miles is water.
