Pecos National Historical Park can be referred to as one of the Indian pueblos located in Pecos. It has been believed to be inhabited from ‘early fourteenth century’ till the year 1838. Population then was around 2000. In the year 1990, this park underwent expansion up to around 6600 acres. One can categorize this park as a historic site.
