Otsiningo Park offers a majestic picturesque with solitude. It was created by the New York state Department of transportation. But it was given on lease to Broome Country Parks Department which took the charge of maintaining and improving the park. There is a river bank surrounded by woods. A good place to take a walk as well to go for a picnic. The park got its name from Indians who lived in 18th century.
