Downtown Brooklyn can be described as the 3rd biggest CBD, i.e. central business district located in ‘New York City’, US. This neighborhood is specially known for residential and official buildings on its part; like MetroTech Tower and Williamsburg Savings Bank Tower. These constructions give Downtown Brooklyn an exclusive skyline. Following rezoning in the year 2004, this region is undergoing transformation. Lenape Native Americans were the first ones to inhabit downtown. They were occupied till the sixteenth century. Till the year 1814, Brooklyn Heights and Downtown Brooklyn remained scarcely populated.
