Market Arcade is in the midst of the Buffalo Theater District. It is an impressively styled building named from the Washington Street Market, which operated in this area for the first half of the 20th century. The mall houses many shops, restaurants, cafes, boutiques and gift shops. The Irish Classical Theater Company and the Shea’s Performing Arts Center are its attractions.
