Sea Lion Park happens to feature a wide lagoon, a Shoot-the-Chutes ride, and an ‘old-mill water ride’. The middle one can be referred to as an ‘aquatic’ toboggan slide within ‘flat bottomed boats’ which go on to slide down a lengthy, steep slide in to lagoon. Inventor Thomas Polk along with Boyton has designed an ‘upcurve’ at lower end of the incline. This incline launches down-rushing boat in to air prior to hitting water surface. As a result, a chain of skips and hops is formed.
