Nightlife and entertainment: I have been too NYC 2 times already. There is SO many things to do wherever you go. The statue of liberty, FAO Schwartz, The Apple store, The American Girl store, etc. NYC is an amazing place to visit! There is also many markets that sell really neat clothing items, jewelry, etc. It is really neat!

Nightlife and entertainment: Nnightlife and eating: many options to choose from, but too expensive!!!! Shopping paradise!!! endless possibilities for everything, in special prices, especially if someones chooses to shop from the outlets, it would be the best!! Regarding the places in Manhattan, generally it's not that beautiful place, but there is the magical Central park, which is astonishing!!!

The accommodation: I stayed at the Pennslyvania Hotel mid town, opposite Maddison Square Garden. Great location and the price was reasonable if you hunt deals on line (Hotels.com). The service was terrible, however. Be prepared to wait in a long cue for Check in. The reception desk didn't go out of their way to serve you immediately. Often they chatted amongst themselves. This just typified NY service in general. I have traveled the globe frequently and have to say that customer service in the US by far is the worst I have experienced. Sorry NY, you need to go back to school when it comes to polite and genuine customer service.

General opinion: We stayed just off of Times Square, did a lot of walking and shopping, found the staff at the hotel very pleasant and helpful, we enjoyed the whole New York Experience. We enjoyed the food and staff at the eateries were very caring. The tour guide on the city open top bus was informative and funny, had a lovely ride in an open carriage followed by the most amazing breakfast at a restuarant recommended by the carriage driver. The thing we were disapponted with was the long queues to go to the top of the Empire State Building, it took several hours just to get to the first lift stop.. we aborted the rest of the visit so did not get to the top.

Nightlife and entertainment: The night in New York is really alive, hanging out in the street is already a form of entertainment. There are plenty of Broadway theaters and alternative venues. New York, the city that never sleeps, welcomes you in its arms and accompanies you until the morning, to start a day of shopping and tours of the city and its main attractions.

Eating and Drinking: I ate sandwiches, sandwiches and sandwiches. The restaurants are virtually unaffordable and if you were to go looking for some Italian restaurant forget about eating good food and above all forget the idea that it could be run by Italians. It's almost all run by Chinese or Mexican people.

The accessibility: The Big Apple is waiting to be discovered, there are plenty of choices to suit all budgets and a lot of fun to be had and lots of places that will astound you. A word of advice, dress comfortably, with a nice pair of sneakers and go, and you'll discover the whole city. America is the country in which I would like to live for the longest period, maybe forever.

Surroundings and tours: IT'S A VIBRANT CITY, FULL OF LIFE AND IT INJECTS SO MUCH JOY AND WILL TO LIVE. FOR ME IT'S THE BEST CITY IN THE WORLD! GO THERE! YOU WON'T REGRET IT. ENJOY THE VIEW FROM THE FAIRY TALE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING, GO SEE THE METROPOLITAN MUSEUM, SEE THE BEAUTIFUL ANIMALS IN THE MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY AND OF COURSE WALK AMONG HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS.

Nightlife and entertainment: It's the best! From the best museums (MOMA in the lead), to the shopping streets, to walks in the park (Central Park), to a helicopter ride! It would be nice to live there, but you can't not go there at least once in your lifetime. The food? The best steaks and the best burgers I have ever eaten.

Eating and Drinking: My advice is not to go to the typical tourist places. If you like oysters, there's a place in Central Station where you can get them. I highly recommend it. In New York you can find just about anything and you can eat well: from Japanese, to Jewish, to Chinese in Chinatown.

Packing List: I went in late October and when I arrived it was freezing, but two days later we were in short sleeves! So take clothes of varying warmth and if, like me, you like walking, make sure your clothes are comfortable. However, in New York you can go to a lot of shows where casual clothes aren't suitable for us Italians, so bring a good mix.

Packing List: Be careful what you carry in your hold luggage if you want to avoid any unpleasant situations, such as the authorities opening your luggage. You risk losing time and your luggage staying on the ground, possibly getting lost or arriving late, creating an inconvenience for you.

Best Period to Go: For me the best time to go is Christmas! Lights, sounds, smells, the Christmas tree is the most beautiful in the world! Just be careful to cover up well, it's chilly! Located in the state of the same name, it's the most populous city in the United States and one of the most influential economic and cultural centres of the American continent and the whole world. One of its most famous landmarks is the Statue of Liberty.

The accommodation: Upon arrival at the airport, if you're not weighed down with heavy luggage, it's very easy to use public transport. If you want to take a van (there were 6 of us), although it's not as expensive as in Rome, you have to pay an outlay of $25 per head (at least). Getting a hotel near Times Square helps you to move around quite easily as it's close to many of the main points of interest.

The accommodation: It's better to spend a bit extra and stay in Times Square or the surrounding area. Everything is there, it's the beating heart of New York where you really feel that it's "the city that never sleeps." If you want to go out in the evening you find something to do at any time and you don't need to take public transport.

General opinion: It's a good place to be... and i think its very safe here in new york..."Throw back the shoulders, let the heart sing, let the eyes flash, let the mind be lifted up, look upward and say to yourself... Nothing is impossible!"

Sport, adventure and wellness: It's spectacular, I think it is the city par excellence. It offers a lot of job opportunities, it's chaotic, but everything works perfectly! It has a beautiful winter, especially the spectacular Times Square Count Down, but it's great in the summer too, because it greatly reduces the cost of transport services (taxis, etc..). .
