Overall Guide: We stayed just off of Times Square, did a lot of walking and shopping, found the staff at the hotel very pleasant and helpful, we enjoyed the whole New York Experience. We enjoyed the food and staff at the eateries were very caring. The tour guide on the city open top bus was informative and funny, had a lovely ride in an open carriage followed by the most amazing breakfast at a restuarant recommended by the carriage driver. The thing we were disapponted with was the long queues to go to the top of the Empire State Building, it took several hours just to get to the first lift stop.. we aborted the rest of the visit so did not get to the top.

Overall Guide: Anyone who loves a crowded and a busy place will love this city. Fashion is a must, make you feel good being in this city. Visiting New York in Black Friday was so much fun, for any shopaholic, since you will never guest how cheap branded stuff will cost.

Overall Guide:  Manhattan where are some of the most important and attractive sights of the city: Tiffany and the Plaza Hotel are here! Many are the department stores and shops all around!
St. Patrick’s Cathedral built in 1879, whose gothic style contrasts with the skyscraper surrounding it!
The Rockefeller Centre in Rockefeller Plaza, where the statue of Prometheus stands!
Southern Manhattan are Wall Street and the Stock Exchange accessibile during trading hours;
A ferry from Battery Park takes tourists to the Statue of Liberty inaugurated in 1886.
... More /> Wall Street and the Financial District, no doubt the most historic area where to admire the astonishing skyscrapers and thebold fashioned cobbles.
People may enjoy their free time at Battery Park which offers rollerblading facilities as well as a superb panorama!
Harlem, temple of African culture in America, home of wonderful jazz, extraordinary food, past tradition, thanks to its own fast growing economy is world famous!
Greenwich Villange an area characterized by contraddictions unique in themselves!
Soho & Tribeca, now a very successful, vibrant area with very modern bars, delicious restaurants, trendy shops and boutiques;
Chinatown, of course the greatest Chinatown throughout the States, is in one of the most antique and traditional areas of Manhattan!
Chelsea, extremely expensive and rich, populated by different ethnic groups, is also famous for its night life at Cheetah!
Also interesting are Upper East Side and Upper West Side because of the many nice shops as well as yesterday and today architectures, whether neo-gothic or victorian!
Brooklyn with its wordly known bridge and the Bronx, though full of social contraddictions, are districts to get in touch with!
Anyhow, something cannot be failed when in New York: Niagara Falls, an always tempting excursion!

Overall Guide: NYC is the most exciting and fulfilling holiday - it is everything and more. From the usefulness of the hop on hop off bus to the subway and the mapping you offer online - i was able to book hotels - find locations to destinations, get what is new and get a shuttle to take me to all the places before i even arrived. NY never to be forgotten.

Overall Guide: Watch your back and you will be ok. Expensive restaurants and cheap joints and cart foods. Cheap second hand book sellers in front of port authority bus terminal. Nice ferry ride to Staten Island and enjoy any time at Times Square.

Overall Guide: Wonderful, exciting, inspiring, organized, it's to be seen at least once in your lifetime. But there's so much to do and see that you would need months. People who can go back again and again, you never get bored of it...

Overall Guide: What is there to say, except that it's a city to see at least once in your life! There are some of the finest exhibitions and art museums! The transport is very efficient, easy and practical for tourists. Take a walk among the skyscrapers, feel the thrill of hailing a taxi or taking the famous New York subway! And the sushi is delicious!

Overall Guide: If you go to the Statue of Liberty, catch the 1st ferry there. It departs 8am. You will find this to be the only quiet time. Also, you need to book weeks in advance to have access inside the statue.

Overview
New York, ideal setting for many books and films, may be familiar long before getting there!
The most interesting and attractive area is, no doubt, Manhattan, where easy is to get around by bus, taxi or tube!
Fifth Avenue which divides the East Side from the West Side, is an area of smarty elegant hotels, unique shops, Tiffany is here, and department stores!
New York or the Big Apple as it is commonly known is all in all!
How curious is a walk among the many high skyscrapers where anyone feels what really is there: small!
The Big Apple is a kind of little multicoloured universe where people from nearly any part of the world live in such an incredibile maze of streets and not!
Unbelievable is the number of museums, astonishing the architecture, infinite the shopping possibilities tourists are offered to, especially in Madison Avenue!
Five districts: Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, make of New York what it really is: a lively, sparkling cosmopolitan city!
Astonishing in New York are the so many neighbourhoods like Harlem and the Spanish Harlem, the Puertorican Area, Chinatown, the Jewish Quarter, Greenwich, Soho and Little Italy notorious in all world!
