Chelsea is a neighborhood situated on the West side of the Manhattan borough of New York. Chelsea Historic District, an area in the neighborhood is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Sometimes called as Manhattan West along with Hell’s Kitchen, this neighborhood was built in 1830. With multiple architects, the neighborhood is built in Greek revival, Italianate and Georgian style.
