When you are in a city as unique as New York, there is something of interest on nearly every block; One of the not-to-be-missed spots is surely the Empire State Building, whose Observatory Deck offers breathtaking views across the rooftops, avenues and byways of Manhattan and the surrounding neighboring states, thanks its panoramic open-air promenade that surrounds the glass enclosed pavilion. It is located at 5th Avenue and 34th Street and it’s open from 9:30am to midnight (last elevator at 11:15pm).
