This is a very famous and historic museum, which is located along Route 25A just one traffic light of the intersection with Route 110 in Hunington village. The interesting thing regarding this museum is all the museum galleries and programs are accessible to people with disabilities. This museum was built in 1920 by August Heckscher. The museum’s art collection includes more than 2,000 works from Renaissance masters to contemporary Long Island artists.
