Daniel Carter Bread was an American illustrator, author, youth leader, and social reformer who founded the son’s of Daniel Boone in 1905. It was he who founded Brook Land Park and scouts of America. It is located near the Ohio River. The park contains a large variety of flowers including different varieties of roses and lilies.In the evening the park becomes an awesome place for bird watching as well.
