Carousel Center is a 1.5 million square foot and seven story super regional shopping and entertainment complex on the Onondaga Lake shore in Syracuse in New York. It has eight anchor store slots with shops like JCPenny, Best Buy, Lord & Taylor and many more. Opened in 1990, the center has top two floors which are devoted to rent event space, Destiny USA with scenic overlook of the Syracuse area.
