The Golden Belt Manufacturing Company was founded in 1900 by Julian Shakespeare Carr as a textile factory which processed cotton into thread and produced pouches for Bull Durham Tobacco. Golden Belt features sustainable design and also a historic re-establishment which grips the industrial visual to build an urban environment where creative people reside, work and play.
