Throughout the year, there are permanent as well as special exhibits at the Orange County Historical Museum. The permanent exhibits portray the history and development of Hillsborough in chronological fashion. There are objects of Native American settlements as well as those pertaining to modern era. The Special exhibits are displayed on the second floor gallery. These exhibits explore several issues pertaining to the history of the county.
