Tourist Guide Linville Falls: Linville Falls is actually a small community which is centered at the US 221 and NC 183 intersection. This community is named after Linville Falls, which is a waterfall near to it in the Linville Gorge Wilderness. The community is also split in sections between Burke County, Avery County and McDowell County in North Carolina.

There are around 89, 148 population of residents here as per the data recorded by the Census Bureau.

Some of the attractions here include the Linville Caverns, the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Linville Gorge Wilderness. The community is popular for its waterfall, the Linville Falls. This is the largest volume of water of any waterfall on the north side of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Climate wise, the average temperature here is the month of January with 42.2 degrees and the average temperature in July is almost 74.9. The climate makes it a perfect destination to live in with such weather condition.
