The Charlotte Museum of History has a collection that throws light on the rich and varied history of Charlotte to demonstrate the interrelationship between the past, present and future of Charlotte. Some of the permanent exhibits are named as “Settlement in the Backcountry”, “Mecklenburg: Crossroads of Commerce”, “Solving the Rock House Mysteries” and “Charlotte’s Pole to Pole Flag.”
