North Dakota Heritage Center is North Dakota’s official ‘history museum’. It had got opened in the year 1967 by ‘Heritage Center Commission’; and is operated by none other than State Historical Society of North Dakota. Temporary as well as permanent exhibits are featured in this museum. In the month of June in the year 2008, this ‘Hub of History’ went on to house a mummified dinosaur (rare species).
