Yoctangee Park is known as the crown jewel of Chillicothe’s park system. This park is 48 acres which is situated in downtown and is adjacent to the historical first capital district. The park is a community park for both passive and active enjoyment. Some of the amenities which are offered at the park are baseball and softball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts and also one of the best playgrounds in south Ohio. There are also picnic facilities provided at the park premises.
